Custom Orders & Product Personalization
NovaPixels Co. provides print-on-demand customized products.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
You confirm you have legal rights to use uploaded content.
We are not responsible for verifying ownership.
We may reject content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes rights.
Customers must carefully review all customization details before confirming orders.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer (spelling, design, etc.).
Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.
We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Payment Gateways.
For bulk or corporate orders, advance payment is required before production begins.
Order Processing & Shipping
Production begins after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen issues.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the design and production process begins.
Once customization/production starts, cancellation is not allowed.
Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
For bulk/corporate orders, cancellation terms may vary.
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products
Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once processed.
Refunds/replacements are only applicable if:
Product is damaged or broken
Wrong product is delivered
Manufacturing/printing defect occurs
Damaged Product Policy:
Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and unboxing video (if required)
Claims after timeframe may not be accepted
Minor color variations are not considered defects
Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to NovaPixels Co.
Customer-uploaded content remains their property.
You must have rights to use uploaded designs.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the website unlawfully
Upload copyrighted or illegal content
Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
Perform fraudulent activities
Limitation of Liability
NovaPixels Co. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the order amount paid.
